The overall objective was to聽develop material to improve the use of sustainable impact assessment in EU and Russia, especially in issues concerning land use such as forests, agricultural landscapes, water environments and built-up areas. Partners in this 6th framework EU STREP project were from Denmark, France, Finland, Latvia, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Russia and Sweden. Chapters on issues concerning sustainable impact assessment were developed. The ERI developed a chapter on Social Impact Analysis. For more information on this project please contact Ronald McQuaid.
