Towards Inclusive Intelligence: A Comprehensive Examination of GenAI Attitudes Among Higher Education Stakeholders (Dataset)
This research project aimed to delve into the attitudes and perceptions of diverse higher education stakeholders regarding the integration of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) in academic settings. As GenAI became increasingly prevalent in education, understanding the sentiments of educators, administrators, and students was crucial for ensuring inclusive and ethical deployment. While a predominant focus across the sector had been on understanding the implications for assessment practices and academic integrity, this study focused on wider educational facets, including curriculum development, instructional methodologies, and approaches to the delivery of education.

The project employed a mixed-methods approach to gather quantitative and qualitative data on awareness levels, attitudes, and expectations related to GenAI. By including a diverse range of participants, the research sought to capture a holistic view of stakeholders' perspectives. This dataset provides the responses to the survey component of this study
