Biography

After starting out in finance, I soon moved on to project management and began teaching it in 2017 in China. As a Program Director I got my MSc program ready for accreditation but resigned in 2019. When the pandemic hit, I consulted for and taught for many different universities around the world. I joined Napier in November 2021 as a PDT and as of 2023 I advise over 2,400 students in all aspects of their study.

My main areas of expertise and interest are Project Management, Change Management, Organisational Behaviour and Leadership. I developed a number of academic skills workshops and do a semi-regular podcast, focusing on education in general.
