Biography

Dr. Pavlos Arvanitis is Associate Professor of Tourism and Aviation Management, at Âé¶¹ÉçÇø. Pavlos has extensive teaching experience at UK and Greek Universities as well as Professional Training funded by Professional Bodies and Organisations. He has been the External Examiner at several UK Universities and has been a panel member for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes of study in the fields of Tourism, Hospitality, Aviation and Events.
His research interests fall under both Aviation and Tourism but he is mostly keen on the relationship between those two sectors and the impacts they bring to local and regional economies and societies.
His research has been presented at International Conferences, published at international peer reviewed academic journals and book chapters. Pavlos is a founding member of the Hellenic Aviation Âé¶¹ÉçÇø, Member of the Institute of Leadership and reviewer of academic journals.
