What advice would you give to someone wishing to follow in your footsteps?
鈥淛ust because you鈥檝e graduated doesn鈥檛 mean you immediately need to know what you鈥檙e doing next. Most of us will find ourselves along the way. However, an old director of mine would impress upon all his team that it鈥檚 important to have a loose career plan. You don鈥檛 need to be held hostage to it, but if you don鈥檛 know where you鈥檙e going, you could fall into the trap of 鈥榓ny road will do鈥. That鈥檚 why I spent the time early in my career to consider what my strengths are and what areas I need to work on.鈥
