Our Bainfield residences are situated in the Fountainbridge area of Edinburgh, just a 15-minute walk to the city centre or a 10-minute walk from Haymarket train station which links with the tram service to Edinburgh Airport.

Getting here

By bus

Bainfield is located a 10 minute walk south of Edinburgh Haymarket rail station. Bus services along Dundee Street are numbered 1, 34, 35 and N34. The site can also be accessed from West Approach Road, which is served by buses 22, X25, 30, X44, N22 and N30.

By train or tram

Bainfield is located 10 mins walk south of Edinburgh Haymarket rail station. There is a tram stop located here also with direct link to Edinburgh Airport.

By air

From Edinburgh Airport, take a taxi directly to Bainfield in approximately 20 minutes. Alternatively, take a tram from the terminal or the Airlink bus to Edinburgh Haymarket. Bainfield/Orwell Terrace are approximately 10 minute walk away or can also be accessed by taxi or bus.

There is no onsite guest car parking available with the exception of a few disabled parking bays. The nearest parking to Bainfield is as follows:
